Timberline Veterinary Emergency and Specialty in North Seattle seeks an Outpatient Client Liaison to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. This role coordinates client communications, outpatient visits, follow-up care, prescriptions, and discharge planning, serving as the primary contact for outpatient clients and referring practices to ensure continuity of care throughout the visit.

Ideal candidates bring prior phone or reception experience, three years in emergency veterinary

Qualifications

• Prior phone or reception experience.
• Three years previous experience in emergency veterinary medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and creating a positive customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, cooperative work style and growth mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to pass the Washington Veterinary Medical Clerk license within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency.
