Global Public Safety, LLC is seeking skilled Emergency Vehicle Installers for our state-of-the-art Richmond facility. You will install and test 12-volt emergency equipment, configure new units, and service existing installations to support law enforcement and first responders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of emergency vehicle upfitting experience.
• Experience installing Whelen equipment preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work safely with tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and remove 12-volt emergency vehicle equipment.
• Configure brand-new units, upgrade fleets, and service prior installations.
• Disassemble and reassemble OEM interior trim and components.
• Plan wiring routes for efficiency and future troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with advanced automotive equipment.
• Keep workspace and tools safe, clean, and organized.
• Learn cutting-edge techniques and new product technologies from teammates.
• Pitch in with shipping, receiving, inventory, and other essential shop functions.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation promptly.
