Job summary

LEHR is seeking an Emergency Vehicle Upfit Installer to join our Kentucky team in Erlanger. Earn $20–$25 per hour with full-time benefits, training provided, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include removing factory components, installing lighting, cameras, and 12V systems, while maintaining safety and organization. Entry-level candidates with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Install emergency vehicle equipment including light bars, sirens, speakers, push bumpers, partitions, and more.
• Install cameras, computers, and license plate recognition systems.
• Perform 12V electrical wiring and system installations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Organize tools and inventory.
