Job summary

Bell Ambulance Inc. is seeking a Fleet Parts Specialist to manage inventory for our emergency vehicle fleet in Milwaukee, WI. You will receive, organize, and track automotive and specialized emergency parts to support fleet technicians, ensuring ambulances stay on the road and prepared for emergencies.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with no weekends. You will report to the Fleet Operations Manager and collaborate with local dealers and vendors to maintain stock levels and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive parts dept, dealership, or fleet parts role.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Strong knowledge of light-duty vehicle components and automotive tech.
• Proficiency with inventory software, digital catalogs, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize, catalog, and maintain stock in bins and locations; perform cycle counts.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; prepare cores for return/credit.
• Log all parts, returns, and credits; track inventory movements in software and invoicing systems.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance to pull parts for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local dealerships and parts vendors.
• Assist on the shop floor with additional tasks as needed.
