Bell Ambulance, Inc. is seeking a reliable Fleet Parts Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to manage our critical emergency vehicle parts inventory. You will receive, organize, and track automotive components to support fleet technicians and keep ambulances ready to respond.

The role emphasizes accurate logging, coordination with maintenance, and strong vendor relationships. A 2+ year background in auto parts and proficient inventory software are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years in automotive parts/ fleet parts.
• Strong knowledge of light-duty vehicle components and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and urgency for fast-paced EMS environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize, catalog, and maintain stock; conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Inspect incoming shipments; prepare cores for return and credits.
• Log all parts movements; track inventory with software and invoicing systems.
• Pull parts for maintenance/urgent repairs; report needs to Fleet Operations Manager.
• Build relationships with local dealers and vendors; support shop team.
• Provide polite, effective communication with technicians and EMS crews.
