Job summary

Bell Ambulance Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to keep our ambulances and emergency response vehicles ready for life‑saving calls. The role offers stable, hourly pay with guaranteed hours in Milwaukee, WI.

You will diagnose complex mechanical and powertrain issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document repairs using our fleet software. A strong tool kit and ongoing ASE development are valued requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Journeyman technician.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair Ford and Chevy light/medium-duty gas vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic capability with advanced scanning tools and electrical multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford/Chevy Class 3–5 vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance: oil changes, brakes, fluid flushes.
• Diagnose engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical systems, HVAC.
• Repair specialized emergency vehicle equipment and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and document repairs.
