The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred), 3–5 years of clinical/management experience, CT RN licensure, and CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications. Strong leadership, budgeting, and governance skills are essential.

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing required; MSN preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with direct management/charge responsibilities.
• Current Connecticut RN licensure; CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for high‑quality patient care and staffing.
• Oversee nursing care activities and serve as a clinical resource.
• Establish and monitor patient care standards and safety policies.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and variance reporting for the unit.
• Promote governance, staff development, and performance improvement.
