Responsabilités

• Prepare, compile, and maintain patient records and unit documents.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and respond to requests from patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Assist with patient flow: track room assignments, monitor status boards, coordinate with care team.
• Enter, update, and verify information in electronic systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to support efficient workflow and timely emergent responses.
