The Emergency Trauma Techs perform basic patient care skills, follow infection control practices, assist in set up of equipment for procedures, provide direct patient care in trauma/ emergency situations, and have knowledge and direct experience with orthopedic injuries and splint placement. The emergency trauma tech assists nurses in transporting patients, assisting patients with ADL, collecting specimens, performing EKGs and finger stick blood sugar checks.Salary range: $27.08-31.09
