Job summary
Qualifications
- 1 year relevant patient care or clinical experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Upon hire).
- Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) annually.
- Experience acquired during certification/licensure process (military medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student also considered).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to the emergency team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Assist the physician or nurse practitioner during procedures by providing sutures, supplies, instruments and equipment.
- Maintain proper sterile technique during procedures.
