The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division's Emergency Homeless Assessment and Referral Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment for residents.

You will coordinate client services, manage intake and placements with shelter partners, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting to funders, while upholding confidentiality and program standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2 years working with homeless families or individuals.
• Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
