Qualifications

• Educational experience in human services or equivalent life experiences.
• Knowledge or experience with residential care settings is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in crisis intervention and/or crisis counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement emergency shelter services with administrative and direct services teams.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis counseling as part of intake, assessment, and orientation processes.
• Coordinate cooperative living agreements and ensure smooth shift operations across teams.
