Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state; CPR/BLS; ACLS; PALS; TNCC; ENPC as specified.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
• Educate patients and families and ensure understanding of discharge plans.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to support patient care and safety.
• Document clinical and quality data per RHS standards.
