Job summary

H2H Emergency Services seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee NEMT and EMS crews, ensuring efficient field operations and compliance with SOPs. The role includes ride assignments, performance oversight, and coordinating with leadership to optimize resource use.

The position requires active EMS credentials, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. You will also participate in training and ensure readiness of vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NEMT & EMS crews and assign/review rides.
• Enforce SOPs and corporate policies; document deviations as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to allocate resources and respond to field needs.
• Ride with crews to observe performance and ensure adherence to EMS regulations.
• Assist in training new personnel and identifying development needs.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and vehicle readiness per OEMS standards.
• Communicate clearly with staff, hospital partners, and leadership via radios, phones, and email.
