Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a proven nursing leader to oversee Emergency Services, driving clinical quality, staff performance, and patient experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will lead operational initiatives, manage budgets, mentor teams, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.

This role requires strategic thinking, change leadership, and a track record of improvement in Emergency Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required and an active RN license is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Admin, or related field is preferred.
• Leadership experience in Emergency Services with budget oversight and performance improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with physicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for all Emergency Services functions.
• Establish department priorities and execute initiatives that support quality care, service excellence, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff while fostering accountability, respect, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Evaluate workflow processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and patient access.
• Utilize performance metrics and department data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to promote coordinated care delivery.
• Direct staffing strategies to ensure appropriate coverage and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee budgeting, resource management, and expense monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and safety initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and operational results.
