The role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting regulatory standards and trauma care requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, EMS partners, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and support community healthcare needs.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited school and active RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 3–5 years of leadership and clinical experience in emergency settings or similar.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS partners, and interdisciplinary teams.
