Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or actively enrolled in BSN with expected completion date.
• Evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes early.
• Administer medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families for informed care at home.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity and safety.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.
• Work in a collaborative team with accountability and growth opportunities.
