Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week W-2 travel assignment in Lebanon, OR. The role offers a total hourly compensation of $55.91–$58.85 with guaranteed 36 hours per week and rotating weekends.

Requirements include an Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS, plus at least one year of relevant experience (CEN preferred). Travel reimbursements apply under Domnovate's policy.

Total Compensation: $55.91–$58.85/hour*

Assignment Overview

• Lebanon, Oregon 97355
• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Variable shifts with rotating weekends; final paid roster confirmed before acceptance.
• 36 guaranteed regular hours per week. Any standby or callback arrangements and additional compensation are confirmed before an offer.
• Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Requirements

Pay and Benefits

• Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.72–$23.66.
• Medical, dental and vision benefits are available.
