Job summary

Domnovate is placing you in Lebanon, Oregon for a 13-week W-2 travel assignment as an RN. You will bring clinical judgment and coordinate patient care on a twelve-hour day shift with 36 hours guaranteed weekly.

Your role includes providing adult medical-surgical nursing care, administering treatments, documenting care, and coordinating safe transitions with the clinical team while collaborating with the nursing staff to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Oregon RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult medical and surgical nursing care.
• Coordinate with the nursing team and help patients and families understand progress toward recovery.
• Administer treatments as ordered and document care.
• Coordinate safe transitions with the clinical team.

Total Compensation: $53.82–$56.73/hour ($1,937.52–$2,042.28/week at 36 hours)*

Assignment Overview

• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Twelve-hour day shifts.
• 36 guaranteed regular hours per week.
• Target start: December 14, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Bring your nursing skills to the variety of adult medical and surgical care. Stay alert to changing needs, coordinate with the nursing team and help patients and families understand each step toward recovery.

Provide specialty nursing care, assess and monitor patients, administer ordered treatments, document care and coordinate safe transitions with the clinical team.

Requirements

• Oregon RN license, BLS and ACLS.
• At least one year of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $22.92–$25.83.

Medical, dental and vision benefits are available.
