Career Land Center, LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a 288-bed acute-care hospital's Free Standing Emergency Department within a 24/7 emergency services network.

You will triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with physicians and teams while ensuring safe discharge planning and documentation in a fast-paced ED.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of recent acute care Emergency Room experience.
• Active Florida RN license or eligibility required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, assess, and provide emergency care for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on clinical assessment.
• Prioritize multiple patients based on acuity and evolving clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide discharge instructions, education, and follow-up care guidance.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing care.
• Support patient safety and quality care standards in a fast-paced ED environment.
