A healthcare staffing company is seeking an entry-level RN for its Emergency Room in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience and an active RN license in Florida. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27.72 – $39.60, a sign-on bonus of $15,000, relocation assistance, and comprehensive health coverage. Responsibilities include patient assessment and care for diverse cases, managing multiple emergencies, and ensuring high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license in Florida or a Compact State.
• ADN required; BSN is a plus.
• BLS required prior to start.
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Provide care for minor injuries to critically ill patients.
• Manage multiple ER cases while prioritizing patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments.
• Provide discharge instructions and referrals.
