Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Short Pump Emergency Department on a PRN basis. The RN will deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER, collaborating with an interprofessional team and implementing care plans to support positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN, RN licensure, current BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable, and at least 1 year of ER/critical care experience. Training in EPIC EHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• 1 year RN experience; ED/CC preferred but not required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for patients in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination.
