HCA Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for Riverside FSED to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with your direct manager and hospital councils and nursing initiatives. You will use established nursing models to advocate for patients and families, educate them about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up, and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• ACLS within 6 months of employment start date.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 18 months.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 60 days.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months.
• (RN) Registered Nurse with state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses and manages patient pain, with reassessments after interventions.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Educates patients/families about conditions, treatment plans, medications and follow-up.
• Translates medical information to support patient understanding and self-management.
