Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Documents all pertinent nursing information and care plans.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Assists and supervises LPNs, CNAs, or MAs as assigned and participates in staff orientation.
• Performs rounds to ensure continuity of care and evaluates patient needs.
