The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and an Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN is preferred. A Florida RN license and BLS are required. You will perform rounds, document care, maintain HIPAA, and support unit needs while training new staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related clinical experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license and BLS certification required (unit-level as applicable).

Responsabilités

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care with physicians and staff.
• Uses nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) in patient care.
• Documents care plans and observations.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and infection control procedures.
• Provides direction to LPNs/CNAs and supports new staff orientation.
• Performs rounds to ensure continuity of care.
• Recognizes and reports significant patient findings and inconsistencies.
