Jackson Health System in Miami, FL seeks a PRM Clinical Staff Nurse to advance quality patient care with strong clinical judgment. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, ensuring protocols are followed and education provided to patients and families.

Requires 1–3 years of related experience, Florida RN license, and BLS certification. On-site role, with typical hospital duties in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Valid Florida RN license required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at unit level.
• 1–3 years of related nursing experience commonly expected.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care in collaboration with physician and other staff.
• Documents all pertinent information regarding nursing care and observations.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Provides rounds to ensure continuity of care and supports other team members.
• Applies nursing process for planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Educates patients and families as part of teaching plans.
