Jackson Health System in Miami, FL is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse for the Emergency Room on-call/pool coverage. The CSN will apply nursing knowledge across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety.

The role requires a Florida RN license with 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. BSN preferred and certifications may be required per unit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Valid Florida RN license required.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications may be required at unit level.

Responsabilités

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Documents all pertinent nursing care information and observations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and unit-specific policies.
• Perform rounds to ensure continuity of care and provide direction to LPNs/CNAs.
