OU Health is seeking experienced RN professionals for the South Emergency Department/Freestanding night shifts. Opportunities span RN I, II, and III levels, with education in nursing and licensure requirements.

You'll provide high-quality inpatient care, document responses, assist physicians, and coordinate care across a fast-paced hospital setting. Benefited by sign-on up to $10,000, student loan repayment up to $25,000, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates, OU Health values

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 0-3 years for RN I; 3-5 years for RN II; 5+ years for RN III.
• License/Certification: Current RN license, BLS certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Aligns behaviors with OU Health values and nursing standards.
• Assumes responsibility for assigned patients or groups.
• Documents patient responses and changes in orders.
• Assists physicians in examination and minor diagnostics.
• Monitors physiological data and intervenes as needed.
• Administers medications and manages IV infusions.
• Delivers safe, competent patient care and discharge planning.
• Resolves patient complaints in collaboration with staff.
• Maintains patient care planning and education for families.
• Fosters mentorship and ongoing professional development.
