A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for the night shift in Hastings, MI. You will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and educating patients and families.

The role requires a Michigan RN license, a BSN, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC/NIHSS certifications, with strong critical thinking and time management under high pressure.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• BSN required (per job requirements).

• Strong critical thinking, time management, and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume ED.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based emergency nursing care aligned to standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Perform rapid assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care using the nursing process
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized plans of care to achieve clinical outcomes
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and data security
• Deliver patient/family education using appropriate teaching strategies and evaluate understanding
• Initiate discharge planning at point of contact and support safe transitions to the next level of care
• Perform point-of-care testing as required and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Delegate appropriately to support safe, efficient patient flow and quality outcomes
• Participate in safety initiatives and quality improvement activities

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift – Hastings, MI

Location: Hastings, MI 49058 (On-site)

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (12-hour shifts). Weekend rotation: every other weekend. Pay:$55 - $70/hr
