Overview

This role is responsible for delivering professional nursing care that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of patients.

The nurse will utilize critical thinking and independent judgment during all phases of the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Additionally, the individual will oversee and guide the nursing patient care team, which generally comprises Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and various technicians.

Collaboration with both the immediate team and other healthcare disciplines is essential to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Timely documentation of patient care, including the patients\' conditions, reactions, and responses to treatment, is a key responsibility, alongside monitoring and tracking patient progress diligently.
