Job summary

Health Here in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our fast-paced Emergency Room to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will assess, plan, and execute treatments, administer medications, document patient care, and collaborate with the care team while meeting BLS/ACLS/PALS requirements and pursuing ASLS when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months.
• Preferred: one year of experience and ASLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and advocate for patients' well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members.
