Kaiser Permanente in Oregon is seeking a registered nurse for collaborating care across disciplines. Under supervision you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, coordinate with healthcare team, and ensure safe patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include multi-system assessments, discharge planning, patient education, and adherence to clinical protocols. Requires active RN license in Oregon and Basic Life Support; advanced cardiac life support and other certifications preferred.

Formación

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment: Perform accurate multi-system assessments; identify deviations from normal; reassess patients during hospitalization; complete discharge assessment.
• Planning: Develop individualized nursing plan; coordinate care with departments and community agencies; document care plan and teaching; set priorities and acuity classification.
• Implementation: Initiate measures per protocol; document in EMR; administer medications; utilize teaching plans; respond to emergencies.
• Evaluation: Evaluate assessments, plans, and patient responses; participate in unit quality assurance activities.
