Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oregon RN license.
• BLS certification at hire.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• ENPC within 6 months of hire OR PALS within 6 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with health team and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and document care in EMR.
