Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (Oregon).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 3 months of hire.
• Computer keyboarding skills.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Performs multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Planning: Develops an individual plan of care and coordinates discharge planning.
• Implementation: Delivers care per physician plan, documents in EMR, and uses teaching plans.
• Evaluation: Evaluates patient responses and participates in unit quality assurance activities.
