Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Tiffin, OH seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER. You will work with an interprofessional team to assess patient status, prioritize needs, and implement care plans that improve outcomes.

Requirements include an RN license and a nursing degree; BLS is required and ACLS/PALS preferred or to be obtained within six months of hire. Growth and professional development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred at hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to deliver care.
• Provide care to diverse patient groups in a fast-paced ER.
• Evaluate and update care plans to meet outcomes.
• Act as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
