Mercy seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and Mercy Service Standards.

You will evaluate care effectiveness, ensure confidentiality, and maintain licensure. A current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure is required, with BLS and additional certifications preferred per unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and advanced certifications preferred per unit requirements.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and evaluate care quality.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintains Mercy Service Standards and supports mission-driven healthcare.
