Job summary

Mercy Nursing is seeking registered nurses to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate care with other departments and uphold patient rights and confidentiality during all shifts.

Requires RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and a nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN). BLS/ACLS/PALS or other unit certifications may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• State board RN license required and must be maintained in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduated from nursing school with ADN/Diploma/BSN.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability for care and safety during shift.
