Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and supervise nursing care for assigned patients within a community-based health system in Fayetteville. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and involves supervising student nurses, ED Techs, phlebotomists, paramedics, and unit secretaries.

The RN will assist in orientation and clinical supervision of EMTs, paramedics, and nursing students, aiming to achieve patient safety, regulatory compliance, and budgetary goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas RN license & CPR required.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire required.
• PALS within 90 days of hire required.
• TNCC within 12 months of hire or transfer.
• National Certification and ASLS encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive and accurate patient assessment using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Provide nursing care according to plan and undertake clinical practice skills safely.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to appropriate providers promptly.
• Initiate and monitor care that patients receive.
• Maintain patients' medical records through complete and accurate documentation.
