Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver acute and urgent care in a free-standing outpatient facility. The role requires triage, medication management, wound care, ECG monitoring, and support for a fast-paced emergency medicine service.

Qualifications include an active Florida RN license, ACLS and PALS, an Associate degree, and ER/ICU experience. Travel up to 30% to support clinic operations across the market.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Active Florida RN license.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• 2+ years ER/ICU experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and discharges for patients of all ages.
• Administer medications and manage documentation.
• ECG/telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia recognition.
• Assist with procedures per protocol (I&D, sutures, etc.).
• Coordinate care with PCCs, Lab, Radiology.
