Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and ensure total nursing care for assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation. You will supervise team members and assist in orientations, focusing on patient safety and quality of care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and Arkansas RN license with CPR; ACLS and PALS within 90 days; TNCC within 12 months.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas Registered Nurse license and CPR, required.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire; PALS within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC within 12 months of date of hire or transfer; ASLS encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessment using evidence-based tools.
• Provide nursing care according to plan and perform clinical skills safely.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report promptly to providers.
• Initiate and monitor care that patients receive.
• Maintain patients' medical records with complete documentation.
• Evaluate patient needs and communicate with the care team.
