Job summary

Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking an ED Registered Nurse for the Third Shift (7P-7A) to provide supervision and coordination of nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and care delivery, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning.

Active RN licensure is required with BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area.
• Strong observation, assessment, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• General supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, weekends and holidays.
