First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Virginia. Choose shifts that fit your schedule while working with a local team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and strong support.

Salary is $57.65 per hour with Evening and Night shifts available, daily pay via RapidPay, and weekly pay. Positions offer flexible scheduling, and you can work as little as one shift per month.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
