First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Virginia. You will select shifts that fit your availability and work with a local staffing team that offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Per Diem roles include daily pay options and evening/night shifts, with support from staffing coordinators. This position emphasizes high-quality patient care in an acute-care emergency setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.

Shift Times: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Daily Pay Available
