First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia seeks experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Virginia. You can choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and daily pay options.

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to complete facility credentialing; evening & night

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs

• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
