First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for Per Diem hospital opportunities. You can choose shifts that fit your availability, with competitive per diem pay and support from local staffing teams.

Flexible scheduling includes morning, evening, and night blocks, with RapidPay and daily/weekly pay options. Active ER RNs with at least 2 years of recent acute-care experience, current BLS/ACLS, and ability to complete credentialing are encouraged

Qualificações

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with commitment to patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care ER setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs efficiently.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and respond promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other staff.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.

ER RN Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements

Requirements
