Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department (RN) in New Jersey. This leadership role oversees daily ED operations, patient flow, and strategic initiatives in a community hospital setting in Flemington.

You will lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while shaping patient care and outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, a BSN, and 3–4 years of ED nursing with prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license is required.
• BSN is required for this leadership role.
• Minimum 3–4 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Previous leadership experience (Charge RN, Lead RN, Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager or similar) preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
