Sweetwater Care in Glendive, MT is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure compliance with Long Term Care and CAH Federal, State, and local standards.

You will work under the Director of Nursing Service, maintain high-quality patient care, supervise staffing, training, and ensure confidentiality while coordinating with physicians and health team members. Weekend and on-call flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Montana License as a Registered Nurse or a current compact license from a qualifying state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language in a concise manner.
• Must be in good physical and mental health to maintain a good working level for extended periods of time.
• Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of nursing principles, practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the facility while on duty.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Service and ensure compliance with Long Term Care standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and patient care delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, physicians and staff, and uphold professional conduct.
• Assist with rounds, admissions, discharges, and coordination with health team members.
