Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Campbell, CA is looking for a Battery Service Specialist to join our roadside team. The role delivers essential roadside assistance, vehicle diagnostics, and safe tow operations, with a focus on customer service and calm problem solving on scene.

You will start at $27.50 per hour with guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekend shifts, and additional incentive pay including monthly bonuses. Training is provided to build a secure, skilled career with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and flexibility to work 2pm–12:30am, including weekends.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
