The RN will administer medications, monitor patients, assist with procedures, and participate in life-saving interventions when needed, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure with state registration; BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and protocols.
• Assess and document patient condition; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR and code team participation.
