Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and care for patients using nursing process in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patient safety and rights; provide family education and teach-back.
